Cum a inceput totul?! Cred ca nimeni nu mai este in viata ,ca sa poata sa isi mai poata aminti..
Puncte cheie ,scene fierbinti si contractari diplomatice au existat intotdeauna ,cele mai recente le stim cu totii insa unele dintre ele de foarte mare interes:

Presedintele Rusiei, Vladimir Putin, afirma ca Edward Snowden, fostul consultant NSA dat in urmarire de Statele Unite, se afla in continuare in zona de tranzit a unui aeroport din Moscova, relateaza AFP.

Inainte de anuntul facut de Putin, nu era clar unde se afla Edward Snowden, fostul consultant al NSA aflat la originea dezvaluirilor despre programele Statelor Unite de interceptare a comunicatiilor.


 Cine este Edward Snowden ?

 Snowden, un fost administrator de sisteme la Agentia Nationala Americana pentru Securitate (NSA), a dezvaluit pentru presa ca aceasta spioneaza calculatoare si telefoane mobile in intreaga lume.

Refugiat la Hong Kong pe 20 mai, Snowden, in varsta de 30 de ani, ar fi parasit duminica acest teritoriu cu destinatia Moscova. Insa el nu a mai fost vazut de atunci. Fostul spion american a cerut azil politic in Ecuador, unde incearca sa ajunga, probabil dinspre Cuba sau Venezuela.

Ce este  PRISM?


Un intreg ansamblu  de supraveghere globala informatizata (OCHIUL GRIJULIU) in care sunt implicate marile puteri ale lumii.



The top-secret PRISM program allows the U.S. intelligence community to gain access from nine Internet companies to a wide range of digital information, including e-mails and stored data, on foreign targets operating outside the United States. The program is court-approved but does not require individual warrants. Instead, it operates under a broader authorization from federal judges who oversee the use of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). Some documents describing the program were first released by The Washington Post on June 6. The newly released documents below give additional details about how the program operates, including the levels of review and supervisory control at the NSA and FBI. The documents also show how the program interacts with the Internet companies.

Nu ma mira..sunt intr-un fel de acord cu aceasta tehnica aplicata la nivel global ,pentru ca informatizarea si centralizarea datelor ajuta in multe cazuri la dejucarea planurilor teroriste ,a crimelor in serie precum si a altor amentari la adresa umanitatii .

The German President, Joachim Gauck, concluded in an interview with the ZDF on 30.6.2013, that the NSA was not to be compared with the Stasi:

We know for example, that it is not like it was with the Stasi and the KGB – that there exist big filing cabinets in which all the content of our conversations are written down and nicely filed. This is not the case.
Wir wissen zum Beispiel, dass es nicht so ist wie bei der Stasi und dem KGB, dass es dicke Aktenbände gibt, in denen unsere Gesprächsinhalte alle aufgeschrieben und schön abgeheftet sind. Das ist es nicht.

Ce spune partea rusa?

Ce spunem noi?Nu e prea important ,insa..


"O relaţie bilaterală între două ţări, inclusiv un stat membru al NATO şi al UE şi Federaţia Rusă în cazul celălalt, se susţine printr-o agendă politică de contacte la nivel corespunzător. Este o poziţie de principiu pentru care trebuie să lucrăm în perspectivă. Dialogul politic este bine să se poarte la nivel de miniştri de externe, alte instituţii, dar este bine şi la nivel politic înalt, preşedinte şi prim-ministru. Sunt agende pentru care trebuie în mod firesc să lucrezi, dar pentru asta mai avem încă de lucru", a afirmat Corlăţean, într-o conferinţă de presă despre "reperele şi perspectivele diplomaţiei româneşti pe 2013".

Ma bucur sa vad ca cineva gandeste constructiv si cel mai important actioneaza constructiv.....
